Tulsa, OK – Wind chills to dip well below zero in Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Bitterly cold air left in the wake of a massive winter storm will hang out over Oklahoma through Thursday.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill warning for 22 counties in northern and western Oklahoma. Forecasters say wind chills of 15 degrees below zero to 35 degrees below zero will continue through Wednesday in the Panhandle and into Thursday in other areas.

The storm dumped from one inch to 21 inches of snow on Oklahoma, with northeastern sections of the state hit the hardest.
