KELLYVILLE, Okla. (AP) Authorities say a teenager sustained minor injuries and three mobile homes were damaged in grass fires in northeast Oklahoma, while a blaze near Interstate 44 in Oklahoma City affected traffic.

Crews were called beginning about 2 p.m Saturday to fires in Creek County.

Homeowner Terrell Copeland says he was outside when he noticed his mobile home was on fire, and ran inside to help his grandson's friend get out.

Officials say the 17-year-old had a few cuts and bruises and minor smoke inhalation but is expected to be all right.

Two other mobile homes were damaged.

In southwest Oklahoma City, firefighters doused a blaze near I-44 that forced traffic to be rerouted.
