Tulsa, OK – A reprieve for the residents at the Somerset East Apartment complex near the old Eastland Mall. The city will delay cutting off the water to the complex until January 3rd. It was to have been cut off today because the complex owner is about 70-thousand dollars past due on his water bill. The residents are thankful for the city's action, but furious at the complex's out of state owner.

The city will also have the trash hauled away. Dumpsters have not been emptied since the complex defaulted on its trash bill three weeks ago.
