LOCUST GROVE, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Tulsa man was killed when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a pickup truck on U.S. Highway 412 near Locust Grove in Mayes County.

An OHP report says 48-year-old Randall Miles died in the crash on Thursday.

The report says Miles was eastbound on the highway when he crossed the center line in a curve and collided with the pickup. Investigators say Miles was thrown about 80 feet from the point of impact and was dead at the scene with head and internal injuries.

The driver of the pickup was not injured.
