Tulsa Has Database of Drivers on Tow List

KWGS News File Photo

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Tulsa has added a database to its website to allow drivers with parking tickets to search whether their tag numbers are on the city's tow list.

Meanwhile, the city's amnesty period for drivers to pay tickets without extra late fees or court costs ends Friday.

The tow list includes vehicles with more than one unpaid ticket.

To search the list, click on "Public Safety," then on "Municipal Courts," and look for the "Tow List" link on the left side of the page.

Typing in a tag number will allow the driver to see if that number is on the list.

The city says it plans to beef up enforcement and collection efforts after the amnesty period for drivers who still have not paid their tickets.
