John Fancher/Tulsa Library

Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris will not file charges in connection last week’s Tulsa Court House Plaza shooting spree. Harris has recused himself from the case and it will be handled by the District Attorney from Wagoner County.

The case assignment was made by the Oklahoma Attorney General. Brian Kuester will mow be the lead prosecutor. To date, no charges have been filed in the case. That could come, however, by the week's end.

23-year-old Andrew Dennehe remains in a Tulsa hospital after a shoot-out with deputies on the plaza. Dennehe, a deputy and two others were injured in the ordeal.
