The Tulsa Police Department arrests a father and his girlfriend due to child abuse complaints. Eulalio Don Cochran Rangel and his girlfriend, Andrea Marie Lang are accused of abusing the man’s 9-year-old son. TPD’s Leland Ashley says the couple is suspected of whipping the son multiple times with a belt leaving injuries.
Ashley says officials had enough evidence to intervene. Officials were notified that the child might be injured. Once they found the child, they discovered the injuries. Rangel and Lang are held in Tulsa County jail and each on 100,000 dollar bond.
