Summer Cafe

By KWGS News

Tulsa, OK – Over 80-percent of Tulsa Public School children are on the free or reduced lunch program. But, what do those students do when school is out?

Well, many would go hungry if not for the TPS Summer Caf Program. The program provides breakfast and lunch to people 18-and younger.

Corbin Anderson heads up the program. The program has been around for 30-years and last year it served over 156-thousand summer time meals.
