Tulsa, OK – A federal judge signs off on a settlement to Tulsa's Black Officers Lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed 16-years ago. Mayor-Pro-Tem Terry Simonson signed the agreement for Mayor Bartlett who is in Washington D-C. The settlement agreement is sealed.
