1:30 yesterday came and went without the scheduled sentencing of former Skiatook School superintendent Gary Johnson.
He was initially indicted by a Tulsa County Grand Jury. Johnson admitted to accepting a bribe to buy over priced janitorial and security supplies for the Skiatook District.
Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris is giving Johnson a chance to make restitution to the district. If he cannot, Harris says Johnson will go to prison.
