Sand Springs Man Is Missing and Officials Fear Foul Play

Where is Jarral Osburn?

The 36-year-old is missing and officials at Sand Springs fear foul play. Osburn worked at Spirit Aerosystems in Tulsa and lived in Sand Springs. He has not been seen since August 29th. That was at a Walgreens in Owasso.

Sand Springs Assistant Police Chief Mike Carter says there has been no activity on his cell phone or his bank accounts.

Carter says Osburn’s car was located by Tulsa County Sheriff’s deputies parked along north Cincinnati, west of Turley, several days after he went missing. The car is being processed for clues.

Anyone with information is being asked to call the Sand Springs Police Department. Chief Carter says Osburn had no underlying medical problems of which they are aware.
