Tulsa, OK –
A man is pulled from the Arkansas River in full cardiac arrest. The Tulsa fire department says the man's kayak went over the low water dam this morning near 31st and Riverside Drive. The man was tossed from the kayak and was found floating in the fast moving water about a mile away.
