Tulsa, OK – The Tulsa City Council will vote on Thursday if to move forward the sale of old city Hall. The council yesterday, reviewed an resolution, turning the property over to the Tulsa Development Authority for the purpose of negotiating the sale.

In March, Brickhuggers LLC announced it would pay one million dollars for the facility in "as-is" condition. The firm's intention is to turn the building into a 200 room hotel.

Brickhuggers is the same firm that renovated the old Mayo Hotel.
