Old City Hall

Tulsa, OK – The City is moving forward with the sale of old City Hall to Brickhuggers. Brickhuggers is the same firm that renovated the old Mayo Hotel. The plans include turning the building into a 200-room hotel.

The company has offered the city one-million dollars for the building, as is. It was appraised at $6.4-million. However, this is the only offer the city has received on the property.
