Tulsa, Oklahoma – On StudioTulsa today, we're discussing the Gay Rights movement in America --- the advancements that've been made thus far as well as those that're still to come. Our guests are two leaders from the organization known as PFLAG --- which stands for Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians and Gays. Jody Huckaby is PFLAG's Executive Director; Rabbi David Horowitz is its National President. (You can learn more about this organization at pflag.org.) Both Huckaby and Horowitz are now in Tulsa in order to participate in a two-day "Conference for Change" that's being hosted by Oklahomans for Equality. This conference (which happens today and tomorrow, the 16th and 17th) will address several topics and will occur at multiple venues --- for more information, please call 918-743-4297 or visit www.okeq.org/calendar-events/conferenceforchange.
