LINDSAY, Okla. (AP) — Oklahoma prison officials say a death row inmate has died.
Department of Corrections spokesman Jerry Massie said Wednesday that 65-year-old Edward Primeaux of Ponca City died June 1 of natural causes at Lindsay Municipal Hospital.
Primeaux was convicted and sentenced to death for the July 2000 stabbing deaths of 76-year-old Warren Littlecook and 61-year-old Julia Bear in their home in Ponca City.
Massie said Primeaux did not have an execution date set.
