New Grand Jury Indictments

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Two women — including an investigator for the state cosmetology board — have been indicted by Oklahoma's multicounty grand jury.

Indictments unsealed Thursday in Oklahoma City accuse 48-year-old Tina Thai Vo of bribery and 63-year-old Patricia Migliaccio of asking for a gratuity before performing an official act.

Migliaccio is an investigator for the state cosmetology board. The indictments allege that she asked for a gratuity from Vo, who wanted to take a test for an instructor's license.

The indictments also allege that Migliaccio assured Vo that she would pass the test and would be provided the correct answers by hand or finger signals.

Vo was released on $5,000 bond and Migliaccio was released on her own recognizance.

Neither woman entered a plea Thursday. Both declined to comment.
