Tulsa, OK – On what was to have been his preliminary hearing, former Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner Kevin Rowland finds the charges against him have been modified. In addition, to sexual battery against two of the M.E. staff, Rowland has now been charged with raping one of them.
Not guilty pleas were entered in Tulsa District Court this morning and Rowland's preliminary hearing has been rescheduled to April 20th, according to the Oklahoma Supreme Court Network website.
Rowland is free on bond.
