Councilor Jack Henderson and Mayor Bartlett discuss their differences at today's council meeting.

By KWGS News

Tulsa, OK – The Mayor and City Councilors spar over mediation. Mayor Bartlett wants to meet one-on-one with each of the nine city councilors to settle the differences. The council wants the meetings to be in public.

Both sides have agreed to talk in the past, but can't seem to settle on a format or time.

The conversation got heated at times during this morning's council meeting. The mayor is concerned the nine-councilors will use the public meeting to grandstand. At one point, Bartlett asked the council "what would be the agenda. Baseball?"
