OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Federal Emergency Management Agency officials say state and federal assistance for victims of the wildfire in Creek County has reached more than $3 million.

Officials said Wednesday that figure includes nearly $2.9 million in housing assistance and more than $207,000 in Other Needs Assistance. Maximum grants of $31,400 each to 74 qualified applicants have been approved since the August 22nd presidential disaster declaration.

Officials say nearly 370 individuals and families have registered with FEMA.

More than 380 homes were destroyed by the Creek County fire, which burned an estimated 90 square miles.
