Missing Boy Located

Muskogee, OK – Missing Muskogee boy found safe in Tulsa

MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) A missing 11-year-old Muskogee boy has been found safe in Tulsa and the woman he was seen leaving with has been arrested.

Jacob Southern was reported missing Monday night when failed to return home after playing outside his apartment.

Muskogee police Lt. Bobby Lee says the boy was found Tuesday afternoon in an alley in downtown Tulsa with 21-year-old Felisha Marie Wilham and Wilham's boyfriend. Wilham was arrested for child abduction the man with her was not arrested.

Police say surveillance video at the apartment complex where the boy lived shows him leaving with Wilham Monday night. Lee says residents of the complex identified Wilham and police were then able to trace her to Tulsa.
