Lowering the Cost of Higher Ed

Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) Higher education officials say applications for scholarships and tuition waivers have increased at almost every college and university in the state. Officials say enrollment at colleges also is up during this recession as people who lose jobs look for additional training or seek a new career path.
