Tulsa, OK – This week, Gateway Market, the newest retail addition to the North Tulsa community, will host a hiring event at Rudisill North Regional Library, designed to fill more than 40 positions. The event will run from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on December 17. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to review descriptions of available positions and complete an application. Some individuals may also be asked to participate in a same day interview. The event is free and open to the public. For questions, please email workforceok@gmail.com or call 918-796-1222.

Gateway Market is scheduled to open January 16, 2010 at the corner of Pine Street and Peoria Avenue in a site formerly occupied by Albertsons. The grand opening of the market marks a major landmark in the economic development of the North Tulsa region. Gateway Market will enhance current retail offerings in the region and will bring essential grocery services to the area for the first time since 2007.

Owner & Operator, Antonio Perez owns and manages a chain of grocery stores throughout Tulsa known for excellence. Gateway Market will expand on that proud tradition by providing the North Tulsa community with friendly and efficient customer service, fresh products and a large variety of goods and services.
