Tulsa, OK – The Tulsa City Council tonight is expected to increase the fare for Tulsa Transit's Lift program. "Lift" is a transit program for the disabled. The fee would go from $2.50 to three-dollars.
The Americans with Disabilities Act limits how much the city may charge for the service.
