The Criminal Justice Authority will seek proposals from companies who are willing to do an analysis of daily costs at the Tulsa jail. Trustees are scheduled to take action soliciting proposals to try and nail down exactly what it costs to keep inmates in the David Moss Center. The city and county disagree on the numbers. Sheriff Stanley Glanz says his office has no problem with such a study. He’s convinced it will show more should be paid to house municipal inmates.

Justice Authority members are expected to vote during a special meeting tomorrow afternoon to ask for cost analysis proposals.
