Tulsa, OK – Over 300 inmates at the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center have become ill since Wednesday. Symptoms of the illness include stomach cramps and diarrhea. Tulsa County Health Department officials were notified and have been at the facility Thursday and today, conducting tests of food and water, interviewing ill inmates, and conferring with the facility's on-site medical staff.

Symptoms of the illness have lasted less than 24 hours; the first inmates to become ill are now well. The number of inmates displaying symptoms is diminishing.
