Tulsa, OK – Ground was broken more than a year ago for the Shoppes on Peoria shopping center, just north of Pine and Peoria.
However, little has happened on the land since the groundbreaking. That has grabbed the attention of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. It wants to sanction the Greenwood Development Authority and its contract with the city pulled.
The authority received over two million dollars for the project.
