It looks like there may be live racing at Fair Meadows after all.
A news release from the Fair Board says on Wednesday, trustees will consider rescinding their vote last week that ended live race meets. The reason, apparently contracts signed on 2013 racing with the Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred Associations were not considered before the vote.
Those contracts may mean the live racing at Fair Meadows will continue at least through 2013.
