Tulsa, OK – Former Skiatook Superintendent Gary Johnson enters a guilty plea in Tulsa District Court. He was indicted by a Tulsa County Grand Jury last year for embezzlement and bribery. The grand jury indictments were replaced with local charges filed this morning by Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris.

Harris says additional charges were filed against Rick Enos , who is accused of selling the Skiatook School District overpriced supplies in a scheme with Johnson. Harris expects Enos to surrender later today.

Harris says Johnson is cooperating with prosecutors.
