Oklahoma City, OK – Henry names 2 to Okla. Workers' Compensation Court

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Gov. Brad Henry has appointed two judges to the 10-member Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court.

Henry announced on Friday that he has named David Reid of Tulsa to the Office 6 position and Owen Evans of Tulsa to the Office 7 position.

Reid will replace Judge Mary Black, and Evans fills the spot of Judge Tom Leonard.

Reid has worked in private practice in Tulsa for 20 years and served as a mediator for the Workers' Compensation Court. Evans has practiced law in Tulsa for 25 years.

Judges on the court serve staggered six-year terms.
