Tulsa, Oklahoma – On this edition of our show, we offer something a little different. For the duration of today's program, we'll be listening to a speech that Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry delivered yesterday while here in Tulsa. He was here to give the "State of the State Address" at the Tulsa Metro Chamber, a lunch-hour event during which he announced a $15 million grant to fund three early-childhood education centers here in Tulsa. The money will come from the federal "stimulus" program, and it will be matched by the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Gov. Henry also spoke about several other state issues that will affect everyone who does business in, or simply resides in, the County or the City of Tulsa.
