Undated – NORMAN, Okla. (AP) The No. 6 Oklahoma Sooners rolled to a 52-0 victory against Iowa State last night. DeMarco Murray scored three times to set Oklahoma's career record for touchdowns, surpassing 1969 Heisman Trophy winner Steve Owens' record of 57 touchdowns in his career. Ryan Broyles broke his own mark for receptions in a game.

LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) Justin Blackmon helped No. 20 Oklahoma State to a 34-17 win over Texas Tech yesterday, the Cowboys' first in Lubbock since 1944. Blackmon had a career-high 207 yards receiving with a 62-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter. Brandon Weeden completed 24 of 35 passes for 356 yards, the touchdown and two interceptions for the Cowboys (6-0, 2-0 Big 12).

TULSA, Okla. (AP) Tulsa pounded out a season-high 332 yards rushing in a 52-24 victory over Tulane last night. G.J. Kinne threw for 206 yards and two touchdowns, Damaris Johnson scored on reverse runs of 29 and 40 yards, and Ja'Terian Davis ran 33 yards for a TD for the Golden Hurricane (4-3, 2-2 Conference USA).

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) The Texas Rangers won a postseason game at home for the first time in their 50-season history, getting even in the AL championship series with a 7-2 victory over the New York Yankees in Game 2 yesterday. Now the series switches to Yankee Stadium for Game 3 tomorrow night, when the Rangers will have hired ace left-hander Cliff Lee on the mound.
