Tulsa, OK – The 2010 Tulsa State Fair opens at four this afternoon. The mid-way rides are being inspected by the state department of labor. Labor Commissioner Lloyd Fields was on the mid-way with his inspectors yesterday.
We asked what happens if they find a ride that isn't up to par. If it can't be fixed, Fields says the ride will not operate.
Meanwhile, the City-County Health Department has been inspecting each-and-every food vendor on the fairgrounds to make sure they are up to code.
