Tulsa, OK – Now that Congress and the White House have come to terms on the debt limit, is it too late?

Creighton University Economist Ernie Goss is out with his economic report for nine Midwestern states including Oklahoma. The report shows consumer confidence is down in the area and there are inflation concerns.

While he still doesn't believe it will happen, he says the likelihood of a double-dip recession is now looking stronger.
