Tulsa, OK – What to do with the old Driller's ballpark? Tulsa County leaders are trying now to decide. Next fall, the Tulsa Drillers will move from the Tulsa State Fairgrounds to the new Oneok Field downtown . That will leave an empty ballpark at the fairgrounds.
The Tulsa County Commission has formed a committee to examine the options for the property. It could be left as a ballpark or torn down and the land used for some other event. The committee is made up of county and civic leaders including Tulsa City Councilor Eric Gomez.
