Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) A Tulsa nonprofit organization is using more than $12 million in federal grant money to develop a local electronic health information exchange model. Tulsa doctor David Kendrick, the CEO of the Greater Tulsa Health Access Network, says the goal is to have the system ready for use by spring or early summer.
