Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan says he opposes a proposal that would allow Oklahomans to openly carry guns, but strongly supports the state's concealed-carry law. Jordan says an open-carry law could expose a gun that could be taken by someone during a confrontation and would make the job of police officers more difficult.
