TULSA, Okla. (AP) — A Tulsa man accused of injuring two people in a shooting at a plaza outside Tulsa County District Court has been formally charged in the incident.

Online court records show a prosecutor on Tuesday filed two counts of shooting with intent to kill and two weapons charges against 23-year-old Andrew Joseph Dennehy.

The records do not list an attorney for Dennehy.

Authorities say a deputy and a bystander were wounded when Dennehy opened fire on March 7. A deputy returned fire, wounding Dennehy. All are recovering.

Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris has recused his office from the case because some of his employees witnessed the shooting and could be called to testify. A prosecutor from neighboring Wagoner County is handling the case.
