TULSA, Okla. (AP) Tulsa County prosecutors have accused a Broken Arrow man of detonating a small bomb near a parking garage at Tulsa International Airport.

Garrett Moore was charged Monday with one felony count of placing explosives in or near a building, vehicle or roadway.

Airport spokeswoman Alexis Higgins told the Tulsa World that Moore and another man were arrested after an explosive device went off in a covered car wash next to the airport on Oct. 9. The other man hasn't been formally charged.

Higgins says the pair work for a car rental company that owns the car wash. No damage was reported.

Garrett wasn't in custody at the Tulsa County jail. A listing for Moore in Broken Arrow couldn't be found.
