Tulsa, OK – OSU-Tulsa president now to oversee OSU hospital

TULSA, Okla. (AP) Oklahoma State University is consolidating the leadership of its Tulsa campus and its Center for Health Sciences in the state's second-largest city.

The OSU-A&M Board of Regents on Thursday gave OSU-Tulsa President Howard Barnett the added responsibility as the president for the Center for Health Sciences.

Regents say the move will allow OSU to have a single leadership voice in Tulsa and more effectively serve students and the community.

Barnett was named as OSU-Tulsa's president last September. Stanley Grogg has served as the interim president of the Center for Health Sciences since last July.
