Tulsa, OK – Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris is sending an email to Tulsa area lawmakers in Oklahoma City. He is telling them that continued cuts to his and other district attorney offices across the state will put public safety in jeopardy.
Harris says the constitution is clear, "public safety is our number one priority". Harris says his office is facing a 16-percent budget cut and that will undermine prosecution efforts.
