Tulsa, Oklahoma – (Note: This program originally aired earlier this year.) On today's show, a delightful chat with the Pulitzer-Prize winning author Robert Olen Butler. This prolific, smart, funny, and engaging writer --- whose latest book is called "Hell: A Novel" --- was among the many professional scribes who attended the 2009 Nimrod Awards Celebration and Writing Workshop here at TU back in October. We spoke with Butler on StudioTulsa when he was visiting TU for this purpose. You can learn more about Butler, who has been compared with the likes of Robert Coover and Kurt Vonnegut, at robertolenbutler.com.
