Berry Trial Underway
Tulsa, OK – The trial of convicted child molester Marcus Berry is underway in Tulsa District Court. Berry stands accused of kidnapping and molesting a two-year-old girl.
He was found with the girl, who had been reported missing, in a parked pick-up.
He was released from prison on another molestation conviction in 2007.
