Broken Arrow, OK – A leaked draft audit report indicates wrong doing in the Broken Arrow Public Schools. The report, not due out for another week, accuses former Broken Arrow school board members of by-passing the Oklahoma competitive bidding laws. The audit says almost $3.2 million dollars worth of business was given to a Broken Arrow Air Conditioning and Cooling Company with following the proper guidelines.

Former School Superintendent Jim Sisney was terminated after began an eternal probe into the alleged sweetheart deals.

The vendor, Air Assurance, denies it did anything wrong and all work was pre-approved.
State Auditor and Inspector Steve Burrage is furious the report was leaked, saying it is only a draft report. He calls the leak, potentially an illegal act.
