Tulsa, OK – The Oklahoma Air National Guard airmen head overseas today.

200 members of the 138th Fighter Wing, will leave today from the Tulsa International Airport on a chartered aircraft. Once fully deployed, they watch over the U.S. drawdown in Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn.

Deployment is scheduled to last through Thanksgiving.
