3 more winners chosen in Miss Oklahoma pageant

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Miss Frontier Country has won the talent competition in the second preliminary night of the 2012 Miss Oklahoma Pageant.

Veronica Wisniewski picked up a $1,000 scholarship Wednesday for her ballet performance en pointe to "Beethoven's Fifth." The 20-year-old Oklahoma City resident attends Oklahoma City Community College, and won the preliminary swimsuit competition Tuesday night.

In Wednesday's rookie talent category, Miss Bricktown Oklahoma City, Brookelyn Davidson, won a $500 scholarship for her vocal rendition of "Run to You." The 20-year-old is from Edmond.

In the swimsuit competition, Miss Moore Norman, 21-year-old Alexandra Eppler, won a $500 scholarship. Eppler is from Norman.

The Miss Oklahoma pageant is being held at the Mabee Center at Oral University in Tulsa. The event lasts through Saturday, when the winner will be crowned.
