Anadarko, OK – Knife discovered near slain pastor's church
ANADARKO, Okla. (AP) A satellite truck operator for an Oklahoma City television station discovered a large knife at a car wash across the street from an Anadarko church where a pastor was viciously slain.
The KOCO-TV employee discovered the knife on Thursday and notified Anadarko police, who confiscated the weapon and took a statement from the operator.
Jones, OK – Earthquakes in Oklahoma. Last week, central Oklahoma recorded nine quakes in a 24-hour period. Ken Luza with the Oklahoma Geological Survey, tells the OETA, earthquake swams are not unusual.
The strongest quake was near Jones and registered three-point-seven on the Richter scale.

Tulsa, OK – When an event at the BOK Center cancels (with no postponement date) the following occurs: 1)-Immediate effort is made to notify all media of cancellation with press release and venue website posting. On cancelled event night. Staff is present at venue and box office is open.

Tulsa, OK – An announcement is expected in a few days, but it appears the Tulsa Talons will be staying in Tulsa. The team will not be relocating to Texas and have agreed to play their games at Tulsa's BOK Center.
BOK Center Manager John Bolton says in an email: "The BOK Center is thrilled to learn that the Tulsa Talons have decided to stay in Tulsa. We had positive meetings with Michael Johnson with the Talons yesterday and we look forward to a joint announcement in the next few weeks."
