Jay, Oklahoma – A woman has been charged with furnishing alcohol to three minors who were involved in a head-on collision that killed three. The Tulsa World reports that an affidavit in the case says 23-year-old Stephanie Nichole Thornhill confessed to buying beer and vodka for one of three juveniles involved in the April 30 accident.
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – A federal judge will consider today whether to block a constitutional amendment that prohibits state courts from considering international or Islamic law when deciding cases. Oklahoma voters approved the measure in the Nov. 2 election. Muneer Awad, the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Oklahoma, says the amendment stigmatizes his religion and would invalidate his will.
Tulsa, Oklahoma – Race officials say an Oklahoma man has died after collapsing Sunday while competing in a half marathon in Tulsa. The Williams Route 66 Marathon directors say the 27-year-old was pronounced dead at the Oklahoma State University Medical Center.

Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) A Tulsa County jury is recommending life in prison for a man convicted of felony murder for a deadly methamphetamine-manufacturing fire at an apartment complex. The Tulsa World reports that the murder charge against Christopher Stinson stems from the 2009 blaze at the apartment of Sean Ketcher, who suffered severe burns and died the next day.

Oklahoma City, OK – Okla infant in critical condition after arson fire
MIDWEST CITY, Okla. (AP) Midwest City police say a baby boy is in critical condition after being burned over most of his body in an arson fire.
Police Chief Brandon Clabes says a man kicked in the door of a home about 3:10 a.m. Saturday and ignited gasoline as he poured it on the floor. Clabes says the infant was pulled from the burning structure but not before he suffered first-, second- and third-degree burns on his body.
Yukon, OK – YUKON, Okla. (AP) The Oklahoma medical examiner's office will use dental records to identify a man killed when the plane he was flying crashed in Yukon. A medical examiner spokeswoman tells The Oklahoman it will likely be next week or longer before a positive identification is made. Federal safety officials say a witness saw the single-engine aircraft, then lost sight of it before spotting a fireball.
