Feed Mill Blast

Fairland, OK – Three people are severely burn when a feed mill in Fairland, Oklahoma explodes. The three were rushed to hospitals in helicopters. The explosion happened about 1:30 Wednesday afternoon.

The mill is west of town. Fairland is in Ottawa County, about 15-miles south of Miami.

The mill is owned by Simmons and would grind feed for chickens.

Tulsa Bank Robbery

Tulsa, OK – Okla. authorities looking for Tulsa bank robber

TULSA, Okla. (AP) Tulsa police say a man armed with a gun robbed a Bank of America.

Officers say the man entered the bank at 9:09 a.m. Wednesday and left with an undetermined amount of cash.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The robber is described as a black male who stands about 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet tall and weighs 180 to 215 pounds.

Oklahoma City, OK – 2 Okla. troopers on leave pending investigations

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Two Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers are on administrative leave pending investigations into separate incidents involving the officers.

Trooper Jason Wayne Henry was placed on leave after being charged in Logan County with misdemeanor domestic abuse/assault and battery. Court documents say only that Henry was involved in a domestic violence incident on Thanksgiving Day.

TULSA, Okla. (AP) A Bartlesville woman charged with neglect in the death of her 10-day-old daughter in a washing machine was investigated six times by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services which found no abuse or neglect of her older children despite findings of drug use.

Stillwater, OK – Hearing ends for Okla. mayor facing computer charge

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) A Payne County judge says he will rule next month whether Stillwater Nathan Bates will be ordered to stand trial on a charge of violating Oklahoma's Computer Crimes Act.

Special Judge Phillip Corley heard about three hours of testimony Tuesday during a preliminary hearing for Bates. Corley said he will issue a ruling on Dec. 20.
