Tulsa, Okla. – Tulsa Police are holding a 22-year-old woman on kidnapping and extortion complains.
Officials have booked Jessica Hardy. She is accused of abducting another woman and demanding 700-dollars from her. When the woman did not have the money, police accused Hardy of strip searching the woman. She allegedly called the victim's mom and demanded the money.
She returned to her home with the victim and was arrested by Tulsa Police.
